In memory implementation of chat message history.
Stores messages in an in memory list.
Create a new model by parsing and validating input data from keyword arguments.
Raises ValidationError if the input data cannot be parsed to form a valid model.

A property or attribute that returns a list of messages.
In general, getting the messages may involve IO to the underlying persistence layer, so this operation is expected to incur some latency.
